The plastic cracked right away, the cage doesn't fit on the bottom and the shelves and steps don't stay on the sprues, I put them back on every day.

The cage is actually 63 cm high (instead of 69 cm), which is quite a significant difference. The stated dimension of 69 cm is obviously measured as the maximum height when one puts the ear for carrying the cage.
The height does not match the description - the cage is lower.
