from Alza, these goods will never arrive to you in one piece. It's impossible, though, because it's a fragile plastic and it's only wrapped in stretch film for transport. I had to go to the alza to get it 2x and it's still broken. so that the time and diesel to pick up the product far exceeds the price of the product. I'm not even going to claim it anymore because it will just increase my costs again.
