I already have the 3rd headset from Razer I had the first headset with Hypersense (Nari) and I expected that after the criticism it received Razer would learn and try to improve the system a little to make it more durable, but that did not happen. After a year, it's starting to fail again and the battery can't handle it anymore either. Too bad for me, Hypersense really suits me for action games and preferably shooters. I've gotten used to the occasional quality issues with Razer software (Synapse 3), it's not completely terrible, but I understand people who don't have the nerve. If Razer would reduce the failure rate a bit I might just recommend them. If you want to try Hypersense and you're tempted, count on the problems I wrote or wait until Razer releases a new headset, maybe they'll finally learn.

Software for RGB - If a person has more things from Razer, he will use it the most
Software - there are a lot of things you can set up in the software regarding the sound (everyone can set it up to suit them)
External quality - still like new after a year, no cracks in the leather and even the plastics have withstood a few falls.
Batterie (after a year with Hypersense and backlight on, it won't last a day)
Brittleness after a year Hypersense has problems with occasional rattling and the headphones need to be turned off and on a few times
Software (often crashes and has occasional problems)
Quality of the microphone (would correspond more to the price category 2 000, -)
Volume wheel on my piece unusable - does not stop right and left channel evenly

The headphones are sound-wise very good, the hypersense feature works at 1 and the THX surround sound is usable too. The settings in the synapse app are rich and everything you need can be easily adjusted and, if necessary, the sound can be fine-tuned using the EQ. The design of the headphones is also good overall and they fit well on my head. The big disadvantage, however, is the terrible connectivity with the USB dongle, when after each restart or reboot the PC, the dongle must be ejected again and then inserted into the USB otherwise the headset will not pair (this problem has a lot of users and razer does not know how to solve it). Furthermore, the battery life is pretty miserable, with hypersense turned to medium level, volume at 60% and backlight off, the headphones lasted about 6 hours. Yet it takes 3 hours to recharge them! If the headphones cost around 3000 so it is a great headphones, but for the price of 5300 CZK it is a disappointment from razer.

I am a loyal razer user since 2009. Everything has always worked like a charm and I have never had a problem with anything. These hearing aids (or the Synapse driver? ) are behind <>. To make it work at all you need to reinstall drivers (20-40) min, test different usb ports and sometimes even uninstall, reboot and clean install. Then of course update, because you have an older version from the net. And then 20-40 minutes passed and you wanted to watch one episode of Dr. House-a.

unfortunately razer software somehow doesn' t understand each other and windows and razer offer expensive headphones that more or less don' t work, the sound doesn' t work or drops out after a while, and some tips on how to reinstall windows: ) everyone can keep for themselves this is nonsense.
