toy size just right for a child's hand
the sound is not unnecessarily loud
batteries are already supplied in the toy
one of the metal doors broke off immediately during normal handling
the rocket's orange part is made of plastic and the connecting lugs that connect the plastic part with the metal part are also plastic

the shuttle itself is metal and solidly made
other parts are made of cheap plastic (large tank and side rockets)
the shuttle and the tanks don't stick together, it's only connected by sliding very thin plastic slices, so it falls apart and is rather annoying for children (and eventually it breaks off)
overall disappointment, I would not buy it again
