The donge has a usb-c connector in the middle so it kills two adjacent connectors on your laptop, I don' t understand who came up with this solution and why they didn' t offset it to the edge - it means I can either listen or charge. it also works with a usb-a converter, but then it sticks out too much.
No packaging is included, I would have expected a travel hardcase, it needs to be purchased.
At max. the volume rustles, but less than other steelseries, you only need to turn it down slightly and the sound is clear.
