I find a touchscreen phone easier to operate than a push-button one.
Unable to adjust ringtone volume.
You can' t see how much battery % is left.
Adding and editing contacts seems confusing to me. If you use brackets and commas, you won' t even be able to fit a long last name because the phone will significantly limit the length of the name.
Very clumsily done switching between upper and lower case letters.
SMS very confusing.
When you have a call, the screen doesn' t really tell if you' ve answered the call or not.
