It works against flies on the whole and it's not too garish. It goes with my anthracite windows.
When it blows, it hits the windows a lot.
Relatively expensive considering the materials used and the level of workmanship
The duct tape holds less than velcro, so when you want to take it off you take off half of the duct tape. the Velcro fasteners are meaningless
I recommend that you clip the sheet on the ground and then. glue it to the frame. exactly backwards from the instructions. It's quite difficult to snap the leaves together, the bar is springy (because it's on Velcro) and overall it's much harder to do in 2.5m. than on the ground
