I don' t know where the error is, but I bought the license twice and twice when I entered it into the EA platform, I was told that it had already been used. Considering the size and reputation of the seller (meaning Alza), I find this unacceptable. I would also expect, since I have been a registered customer for perhaps 20 years, that the complaint will be dealt with immediately and there will be no need to write to each other.
