L-Tryptophan is a traditionally proven pharmaceutical-grade product with a high content of 190 mg of L-tryptophan and vitamin B6 in one capsule. It serves to achieve mental balance, inner peace and a feeling of well-being in periods when a person is not getting. This product was launched in the Czech Republic more than 20 years ago and is still very popular with customers. The product is not addictive, so it can be used for a long time without side effects. At the recommended daily dose, the product does not reduce alertness or induce sleep.

It then makes a number of other substances from it, most of which are used for operations on the nervous and neurohormonal systems. Among these substances, serotonin (5-hydroxytryptamine) occupies a unique position, which is a transmitter of nerve signals affecting, among other things, mental stability and well-being. L-tryptophan is a natural component found in the human body. Therefore, its use does not cause any side effects and is not addictive.
