Do you have an Alza/Rapture computer or laptop at home that is out of warranty or needs a new lease of life? We have a PC/NTB post-warranty upgrade service just for you. Trained Alza technicians will ensure complete and professional installation of your equipment.
You don't want to part with your PC or laptop just yet, but you'd appreciate more performance, better graphics or disk capacity? Our professional technicians are happy to design the ideal solution tailored to your device and wallet, replace selected components, update drivers and test overall functionality. We will ship the finished computer within 10 - 15 working days of delivery of your computer to our department.
How does it work?
1. We upgrade equipment up to 6 years old
2. After purchasing the service, our specialist will contact you within the next working day and propose a solution.
3. We will then send you a suitable upgrade offer for approval.
4. Then just bring the device to any Alza.cz branch.
Pack your computer or laptop carefully and back up your data. In the context of the scope of the upgrade, we cannot guarantee that the data will be preserved in its entirety. We are not responsible for any loss of data and do not guarantee its preservation.
All original components will be returned to you along with your refurbished device. Technicians also perform stress testing with specialized software to verify full functionality for a minimum of 12 hours.
If you purchase the service and do not agree with the proposed options or do not use the service within 14 days of purchase, you will be charged an administrative fee of 249 CZK. This is charged on account of the service and covers the time of our expert technician.
The warranty only covers new components, not the entire assembly. The repair time is calculated from the day of receipt from the customer to the day when the goods are ready for collection. By law, we have 30 days to make a complaint.

Dobrý den, chtěl jsem se zeptat, koupil jsem u Alzy počítač a chtěl bych udělat upgrade. Respektive bych tam chtěl dát nový procesor. Ale sám si ne to netroufám. Tak bych potřeboval,jestli by jste podle sestavy poradil jaký a pak namontoval. Jde to přes tuto službu? Díky moc. Michal Komárek
